Create and control your online presence, and I answer 10 questions about heath care blogging

A couple of interviews I recently did have been published.

Over at Modern Medicine (via the Cosmetic Surgery Times, of all places), I talk about pro-actively creating an online presence, and how it can make or break the marketing of your practice:

“Patients are eventually going to find you on the Internet,” whether or not you have actively established your Web presence, Dr. Pho points out. “Go out there and Google yourself. If your name comes up associated with negative articles or comments that someone has written about you, that isn’t going to bode well for you in terms of marketing yourself or your practice.”

Next, over at The Pulse, the blog of health care marketing specialists, the Talstone Group, I answer 10 questions touching upon a variety of topics, including why I blog, what other blogs I read, and how I’ve grown the audience at KevinMD.com.

Enjoy, and thanks to both of the publications for the interview opportunities.
