2. Interoperability Big Barrier for EHRs, Docs Say. The vast majority of clinicians believe electronic health records (EHRs) improve the quality of care, but nearly as many — 71% — cite a lack of interoperability as a major barrier to further implementation.
3. Short-Term Diets Can Have Longer Effects. Moderately obese patients who participated in a 2-year diet intervention — especially those on a low-carbohydrate or Mediterranean diet were able to maintain at least some weight loss and a lower lipid profile through 6 years.
