I’ll be giving the keynote at the 2011 Texas Medical Association Winter Conference this Saturday, January 29th in Austin, TX.

Entitled Medicine in the Age of Social Media, I’ll reflect on my social media journey through the years, and discuss how blogs, Twitter and Facebook will impact patient care and physician practice going forward.

The address will be broadcast live on UStream at 9:30am Eastern, 8:30am Central this Saturday.

To promote the appearance, I recorded a TMA podcast with Bryan Vartabedian of 33 Charts last week.  And this Thursday, I’ll be a guest on the Dr. Anonymous Show.
