If I'm going to talk about the benefits of exercise, I want to remind myself every day about how I'm choosing to live my life. Posting my running log keeps me honest and accountable to the world. The result? Almost 1500 miles in just over two years. If you want to improve your accountability to yourself, you need to put yourself out there. Facebooking is the perfect way to find a community of cheerleaders

Social pressure and support has excellent results.
