We patients think Physicians have it all together, because they "know" so much. Doctors are human. They have feelings, marriages, kids, family get togethers, demands, education, and career. When do they have time for LIFE! A Physician's calling is probably not really understood until one is seasoned. Dealing with Insurances, paperwork, cranky patients, drug knowledge, patient write-offs, and a host of other " desirables " I am not aware of.
