I truly appreciate receiving written instructions or referral to a website where the instructions are available, especially when the instructions are complicated.I personally don't care if I get the instructions from the doctor or if I receive them from a nurse practitioner or registered nurse -- whoever has the time. I understand that time is precious in a doctor's office, but if I don't fully understand what I'm supposed to do, then the entire visit is actually wasted from my point of view. I can't do what I'm supposed to do if I can't remember what the doctor tells me...
