An insurance company that seems to deny payment for the supposedly covered checkups, screenings, and vaccinations (at in-network providers) until I call them several times to get them to honor their side of the contract. I don't take any prescription or over the counter drugs on a regular basis (and have taken none for years other than vaccinations and recent dental work). I don't take any dietary supplement or herbal or whatever pills either.

How true. I don’t generate much income for the medical industry with an occasional checkup / screening or vaccination. I don’t take any prescription or over the counter drugs on a regular basis (and have taken none for years other than vaccinations and recent dental work). I don’t take any dietary supplement or herbal or whatever pills either.
