She also said she believes that a judge's job is to MAKE policy, not just decide if policy is rational or legal. There are plenty of reasons to be queasy of her ability to be on the SCOTUSA and none of them have to do with diabetes. Oh boy... here we go. We have several doctors with diabetes who make life and death decisions. How about surgeons with diabetes operating on a patient? - They all do fine...so why not the judge.
