Organ donation really does seem like quite a problem, especially from the supply/demand and ethical aspects. Maybe the iPS cell research will one day dissolve this controversy entirely by allowing us to "grow" our own organs in advance... but that won't help someone who doesn't have extended periods of time before a transplant becomes vital. For them, I voted to "encourage the public to sign organ donor cards." This is a great topic, Kevin!
