A doctor in Sweden deals with stress by performing oral sex

December 31, 2008

Some doctors choose strange ways to relieve stress.

Apparently this physician, who was “over-worked and suffering from a great deal of stress,” performed oral sex on a patient in a Stockholm hospital.

He was allowed to keep his license after review. Apparently physician oversight is somewhat more lax in Sweden.

They didn’t think they should pull his license because he wasn’t convicted of a criminal offense!!!

Well, I guess once you yank part of the Hippocratic Oath from western medicine (abortion) is inevitable that the rest will follow as anything other than advisory. Then all you have left once you dispense with ethics is law.

We shall soon have begin referirng to “the former profession of medicine”

Haha…so does GIVING oral sex relieve stress? I guess it’s like going out and chopping wood or having a brisk run.

So can you bill for that? Is there a CPT code for that procedure?

maybe he thought he had to perform above and beyond to make the patient feel better! Just guessing!

any non-violent way of relieving significant STRESS is commendable because in my opinion stress is number one killer both physically and emotionally at the extremes.
