As a med student, Dr. Leap offers a glimpse of what I hoped for entering the profession. The low morale and cynicism of some experienced physicians, teachers, and even peers occasionally makes me wonder if I will ever find it (this sense of sameness) as a doctor. People like Dr. Leap and some of my teachers whom I most admire make me more confident that I still can. Thanks for this post.
