		<description>That&#039;s an interesting point but I think the even older generation probably said that when doctors stopped making housecalls.  Every generation has something to complain about with regards to work reforms.  As long as medical info isn&#039;t lost and there&#039;s some resemblance of continuity of care, I think patients will be ok.</description>
