Money and the VA

September 19, 2008

The VA is a pseudo single-payer system designed to care for veterans in our country.

Like any government-controlled system, its success is a function of how well it’s funded. Congress has been slow in increasing funding to the system, which cripples the system that is buckling under an increasing caseload.

It’s not something that I’d like to see nationally.
