		<description>When it comes to health policy or legal articles, the NEJM and JAMA are really Commie propaganda rags, like Pravda. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;They are so bad, and unfair that their bias casts doubt on the reliability of their reviews of scientific articles. Nor do they brook any substantive dissent when rebuttals are submitted. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;I think, it should be standard to open all articles to comment sections, such as this one.</description>
