		<description>In the old days I developed a good working relationship with specialists. When I needed a patient seen quickly, I could call the specilist for a favor and he would know that more referrals would come.&lt;br/&gt;Now that the profit margin is so small (due to the de facto price controls), no specialist around here is eager for referrals. &lt;br/&gt;Even my most urgent cases must wait for specialty care.</description>
