Bike seats need improvement

Interesting study looking at the effect of bicycle saddles on policemen. Apparently, perineal discomfort leading to erectile dysfunction and groin numbness is a common complication for frequent bike riders.

One suggest solution would be to switch to “noseless” saddles, which doesn’t impede blood flow to the groin area. (via Boing Boing)
