What about the CNAs? CNAs work just as hard, if not harder. At my facility, the CNAs are responsible for 90% of the nursing care for the patients. Who gets thanked? The Nurses. Nevermind the CNA who did all the work! What gives? CNAs get absolutely no recognition and are entirely underappreciated!
