		<description>Kevin, both political parties stink on this issue, Democrats as badly as Republicans. Don&#039;t forget it was Harry Reid, the Senate majority leader, who ditched the compromise bill and used physicians as pawns to embarass Republicans. So am I now supposed to say thanks to a party who&#039;ll screw us in the long run if they win the White House? Or am I supposed to vote for the Republican who couldn&#039;t be bothered to show up for the vote, and says he would have voted against the bill anyway? Great stinking choice. And the continued promises to fix the SGR formula continue to remain unfulfilled.</description>
