If that does occur, the claims which have been pended will be released in a large batch which should all be disbursed by the third week in the month -- meaning there will be a hiccup in the cash flow, but the end-of-month postings of collections should not be impacted. And of course all the claims for dates of service prior to July 1 will be processed as usual.<br/><br/>I worry more about the eventuality that the rates might change -- whether they go up or down there will be a larger lag time before the new rates get entered into the system, and in that case there is more likely to be a interruption in cash flow.
