For what it’s worth, Cornyn is potentially in a reelection fight, and the TMA withdrew its endorsement of him after the first vote.

I extrapolated this nice linear graph and zero percent of Texas physicians take new Medicare patients by 2020.

If Texas GPs have the same linear dynamics, zero percent will take new Medicare patients by 2012.
