The Kaiser Family Foundation held a panel discussion this afternoon discussing the role of blogging in health policy and reporting. It’s quite good and if you have a bit of time to spare, well worth seeing.

I happened to catch this video webcast. The featured speaker was none other than Mike Leavitt, current head of HHS. Mike authors his own blog, which touches upon national issues as well as global health issues. HHS is not all about CMS, which we often forget.
Mike’s blog offers the opportunity to make comments directly to him, and he will respond, as I have found.
Everyone is trying to figure out how important blogging is. It is what it is.
