These sites are a tremendous opportunity for gaming the system with bogus high ratings. Shouldn&#039;t they demand proof that the rater is a patient? On Ebay, the purchaser is known. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;As a doctor, I might also sue the website, not for the poor rating or defamation, but for failing to verify the rater is a patient.
