Not just wimp out and start right off pandering to the fears of the ignorant.<br/><br/>At this stage, the discussion should not be about who recommends what, but about what is the evidence.<br/><br/>The AHA, as far as I can tell, don't have the facts on their side. I will not be wasting my patients money to address my anxieties about unfounded treatment guidelines from a self-protective guild that can't justify it on the basis of patient benefit.
