Sounds like the legal variant of “frequent flyers” – people with nothing fixable who like to be in the hospital.
We all have patients who spend every waking miunute trying to convince people they are sick. Sounds like the legal profession has found their eqivalent.
Image if ERs ad hospitalists could turn away “vexing patients” who abuse the system for their own psychological problems..
