I oriented the medical students to our area, processes, what my doctor expected from them, and I also educated them on the importance of a good nurse in the clinic and in the hospital. I had a couple of medical students who blew me off and regretted it when they didn't know the things my doctor wanted from them and he asked why they didn't listen to me. I loved working with this doctor and enjoyed teaching the medical students. I need to get into teaching nursing students.
