		<description>I&#039;m thinking that unless I&#039;m not understanding this case properly, this would have been better left to a neurosurgeon to do in the O.R. No?  All you need is for that nail hole to start filling up with blood for there to be a BAD day all around.  &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Could have been that that nail was the only thing tamponading off a life threatening ICB.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;John</description>
