He is on the money. Make it possible for people to buy whatever insurance they can afford/want individually–sure it would be hard on people who already have preexisting conditions but as they aged out of the system into medicare, the next generation of the middle aged will have bought policies while young and healthy that they carried with them through life.

And end the encouragement to non-insurance that EMTALA creates.

In other words, legalize freedom–and old fashioned idea whose time is always now.
