If physicians want changes, they have to push the model back to the same model architects, engineers, lawyers, and other professions have - direct pay. <br/><br/>Apparently though, they aren't that inclined to do that. You had one crooked patient so now it's all the patients' faults that health care is screwed up? It's not the MD's faults. It's also not the fault of the great majority of patients, but ... patients might want to change the facility they're in for all sorts of quite legitimate reasons.
