God knows they need MDs, since West Virginia has among the least physically fit, sickest, fattest of all Americans.

Caveat Emptor: West Virginia is also run by the most despicable, crooked lawyers in America. It is a notorious Judicial Hellhole for everyone, but especially for physicians.

My advice is to locate your practice elsewhere. There are plenty of wonderful rural areas in states not run by criminals.

Alos, probably not a good idea to be a black physician, given the recent West Virginia democratic primary results.

We need a tag line.

How about……

West Virginia.
Come for the poor pay.
Stay for the lawsuits.
