		<description>How about creating a fund for the trial lawyers (Say a forced contribution by doctors who are rich anyway of a biweekly 1000 $ each ) which will fund a &quot;think tank&quot; populated by Trial lawyer only for their &quot;Valuable time&quot; and then they might come out with other great ideas! (convoluted like a bag of Pretzel)</description>
