		<description>This should come as absolutely no surprise.  The most cost effective care is episodic or none.  A swift demise caused by an advanced disease process is much less expensive than the total body scan that finds every nonlethal condition or artifact that then must be further evaluated or treated unnecessarily.  Beyond a few basic screens, ignorance is bliss, and cheap bliss at that.</description>
