It was just the culture of that medical community.  One of the senior staff members told me when I moved there:&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&quot;You can make a good living in this town.  But these people work hard for their money and it doesn&#039;t make things easier for us if they see us flaunting how much we make off  of them when they get sick.  Look around and you&#039;ll notice that this parking lot is full of 10 year old sedans and pickup trucks.  You ought to consider doing the same.  And I did.
