Oh brother. That whole back and forth over whether big corporations or the government should run primary care misses the point. Corporations and government are poor substitutes for patients buying medical care, especially primary care, with their own money.

Yeah but the land of the Fomerly Free and Once Brave is so institutionalized that personal responsibility of that depth is outside the range of the imagination.
