The county should be charging him for his weight control program.

I have battled chronic obesity and know how he feels

-stomach growling an hour after I stuff it–because I have stuffed it so often it is only adapted to the overfed state and confuses half-empty with the Bataan Death March.

-blurred vision and dizziness when exercising because I have been sedentary so long my brain confuses a little mild exertion with climbing Everest.

This is just jailhouse lawyer BS. I agree, he should be charged for the weight loss program. If I hadn’t lived in Benton county once and didn’t know what kind of redneck trash they had in jail there, I might would sign up. Would love to be the defense expert on this one.
