Rational people will still consult for their proper use. Addictive personalities, who are most likely self-medicating to control mood, will still tend to select the safest and most effective methods, and the percentage of completely self-destructive types is likely to remain rather steady.<br/><br/>To my view, I would like to get nasal decongestant without being treated like a potential criminal. I would still like to be assured of truth-in-advertising of medications with regard to side-effects, effectiveness and quality control and disclosure of ingredients. It was a mistake to make physicians gatekeepers of narcotics. Rational people will still consult for their proper use.
