		<description>I don&#039;t think so.  Gallbladders, hernias, and breast biopsies are bread and butter procedures with lots of demand, and you can alway do lap-bands/bariatrics if you want.  Do you think you are better off for all the additional training and divorces being a CV surgeon?  A diet of Medicare CABG is a pretty lean diet indeed.  Not all specialists fair better than generalists.  Pediatric specialists of all types have too many Medicaid insured for example, and if you have long, complicated cases Medicare never reimburses well.</description>
