The taxpayer has compensated me for my injuries at work by the above. I would be collecting twice if allowed to sue. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;4. I could take the low salary and tremendous stress. However, I become a billionaire suing every property owner for every scare, scrape, and strain. These could come from criminals, from defects in the property, from accidents. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;5.
