		<description>Ever notice how malpractice by a physician is never identified as such by Kevin?  He is &quot;overzealous&quot; or &quot;made an innocent mistake&quot;, or some such nonsense.  But let a patient file a claim, and they and their lawyer are just greedy and trying to crush an innocent, hardworking, physician!</description>
