Get a copy of Sapira’s “Art and Science of Bedside Diagnosis”. You won’t regret it.

Kevin, this didnt have anything to do with the dying art of the physical exam. It was just about a lazy ass intern who didn’t look at the guy’s feet. It’s not as if he forgot how to check hepatojugular reflux or a drawer’s sign. He didnt look at a body part!
