It’s only a “miracle” in the sense that it’s amazing there are some physicians who can step away from the demonization spurred by their insurers and use their common sense and courtesy to deal with patients when the patient feels they have been harmed as opposed to simply demonizing their attorneys and calling all people who dare question a physician greedy.

Most complainants are entitled patients with mild conditions. Any doctor who collaborates with this pretextual plunder of clinical care, is a traitor. All such doctors get on a list, and get some of what’s coming to the lawyer.
