Its an interesting portion of my practice, and I have been summoned to hotel rooms with bodyguards shadowing me several times.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;What I am struck by is the utter normalcy and niceness of the folks whose yearly incomes could buy my house a hundred times over.
