It is hard to believe that Canada can be considered a fully democratic nation. For doctors it is kind of a Velvet (or perhaps flannel) Gulag. <br/><br/>And the Annointed Ones in the ruling bureaucracy actually believe that their outrageous oppression of physicians will increase accessibility.
