		<description>My experience has been somewhat different. I think that our medical system has some of the best AND some of the worst... co-existing together.  We have the very best subspecialty care (substantiated, I think, by how many medical graduates come to the US for subspecialty training).  We also have excellent primary care (in spots) and terrible primary care (in other spots).  It all depends on how you measure quality, of course.</description>
