None of us should have to worry that we are going to face animosity from a doctor because of our occupation.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;And what does this guy think would happen if this particular person doesn&#039;t do JACHO exams--that they just won&#039;t be done?  If they can&#039;t hire hospital adminstrators or other ex-hospital personel, they will hire postal carriers and retirees from the Dept of Motor Vehicles.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;That is like getting acrimonious toward a patient who works for the IRS. It would be stupid.  I think the IRS is evil, the very idea is evil.  But the people who work there are just people.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;And I certainly know some hospitals that constantly strive to provide just the minimal quality of care that will keep the govvernment checks comming and not get them shut down--and are constantly falling on the wrong side of the line with that.
