And what does this guy think would happen if this particular person doesn’t do JACHO exams–that they just won’t be done? If they can’t hire hospital adminstrators or other ex-hospital personel, they will hire postal carriers and retirees from the Dept of Motor Vehicles.

That is like getting acrimonious toward a patient who works for the IRS. It would be stupid. I think the IRS is evil, the very idea is evil. But the people who work there are just people.

And I certainly know some hospitals that constantly strive to provide just the minimal quality of care that will keep the govvernment checks comming and not get them shut down–and are constantly falling on the wrong side of the line with that. Somebody has to watch because the customers-the patients–are too sick to.
