		<description>The only people who don&#039;t think the public knows unfortunate things can happen are physicians.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Ted Frank&#039;s inability to understand what Turkewitz was saying is not surprising, because he&#039;s not paid to understand that.</description>
