It is truly a luxury to be able to contemplate this question. The downtrodden, disenfranchised, and anybody wealthy would not likely bruise the brain pondering the sublime. My advice given the opportunity is to charitably give it away if you feel guilty, undeserving, or just blessed lest the opportunity pass to some unethical person. I do not consider Warren Buffett unethical and I believe he earns just a little more than $750/hour on average.

It is actually not that difficult. $750 per hour is the deposition fee charged by a number of orthopods and neurosurgeons that I know.

Some attorneys I know are charging over $1000/hour. Now as to whether they earn it, I don’t know.
