Speculation that the superstar Vioxx lawyer is lurking on medical blogs.

I personally doubt that it’s Mark.

If it is him, it is interesting to come home and find him commenting on my blog. But, I’m not sure his internet PR strategy is any better than his litigation strategy. From Medskool has just ~100 unique visitors a day and isn’t exactly a thriving community of Vioxx litigation debate.

For whatever reason (vanigoogling?) Mark Lanier commented on Overlawyered, too, and I confirmed in an e-mail that it was actually Lanier.

Mark: Do you have a license to practice law in New Jersey, where you filed a claim?

Ted, thanks.

I just had trouble believing it was actually Mark Lanier. I suppose the curiosity gets the better of everyone at sometime and you Google yourself or your work.
