I wouldn't want to work there with those premiums either. But there are scads of other doctors whose premiums are much lower. <br/><br/>The more relevant question for the first poster to ask is whether the numbers of OB/GYNs in that area of Long Island have grown proportionately to the numbers of doctors generally in that region or perhaps relative to the growth of the segment of the population using OB/Gyn services (versus Gyn only; they aren't the same.)
