So who listens to pharmaceutical teleconferences? These are the equivalent of infomercials for physicians. Doing hundreds of these things means you are practicing medicine less than most all of the physicians you are selling to, so why would they listen? Free your mind, or are you just jealous? Look at how much celebrities are paid for their endorsements of products where they are not even experts.
Where can one ummmm find such a job??
People flock to these things. I have become so cynical however, about the lack of objectivities of these professional shills, that I seek out paid, non-pharmaceutical supported CME, and tune out the slick big name speakers altogether—especially if they say “In my experience . . . “
Most of them are so busy selling, they haven’t had any substantial experience in years.
I say : GOOD FOR HIM!. It sure beats getting paid close to nothing for taking care of Medicare patients.
It is just maybe a little less worse than physicians who whore themselves out to malpractice lawyers.
its a difficult decision to make…lot of ethical questions… for example, being asked to promote a drug that you may not usually use otherwise

The biggest group of physician whores are those that continue to provide “services” and accept Medicare payments from the federal pimp (CMS) .
