		<description>I noticed that he said they used to do their notes in Word--not exactly a bastion of security, that.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;And while he praises the text messaging in his beeper system by which details are sent instead of just call back numbers, does he know how long and where those text messages are saved?  How hackable are they? &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;And acknowledges that much of the information in the note is misleading because it is boilerplated day to day.  A concise handwritten (or even typed if not cut and paste) note is more useful.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;And I wonder how reliable the notes are when made from home.  Do you really remember what Mr. Jones reported and what his lungs sounded like?  Did you really look at his feet today, or just think that you did?  It was 4 hours and 8 patients ago.</description>
